Hi, I'm utterly new to this community and have a question. I'm looking for somewhere that I can access prompts for my prayer journal. I want to keep one, but have trouble focusing on what to write about. I know there are places that have secular prompts, but I'd like to find one that has sacred ones. Can anyone help?

The book "Moment by Moment" by Carol Ann Smith and Eugene F. Merz is really good. I was first given a copy when I went on a retreat with the Daughters of Charity in California, and I still use it often. It offers scripture passages, reflection questions, and writings from St. Ignatius to help guide your prayer; it lends itself nicely to journaling as each "Moment" has a different topic (such as "Listening to God").

You can buy it on Amazon.com - there's also a second book of the same series that I haven't personally used, but I'm sure it is good as well! :)
